HSC Security currently has two programs to help employees safely get to their vehicles, bikes, or bus stops. The safe walk program sees members of the HSC Security team walk employees to their car, bike, or bus stop within the boundaries of the HSC Campus. The safe drive program is expanding the existing program that provides employees safe transport to their car on city streets or surface parking lots beyond the boundaries of HSC. This program will now escort employees to vehicles parked on streets within a two block radius of the HSC Campus – see map to the right.
Both programs are available by calling HSC Security at 204-787-4567. PsycHealth only: 204-787-5000. Appointments need to be pre-booked to ensure availability of security team members and the Safe Escort Vehicle. Employees will also be asked to show valid HSC ID.
At peak times, requested escort trips may experience a brief delay in pick up/drop off services.
